Design / Build Projects' News Construction Monitor for $ 6.6 million dollar assisted living complex.  Davidson & Associates, Inc. provided construction management services to maintain existing budget and construction duration to secure energy and tax credits.  The team monitored the budget and construction progress on a monthly basis as well as assisted in change order disputes and value engineering. New Administration Building in St. Joseph, Missouri.  Davidson & Associates, Inc. has completed design and is currently providing construction services for a new 10,000 sf administration building under construction. FAA Western Region:  Davidson was shortlisted to provide A/E and construction management services for various FAA projects in the Western region of the United States.  Projects include; Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) Administration Facilities Tracon Facilities Radar Towers Indefinite Delivery Contracts:  Davidson & Associates, Inc. continuous to provide indefinite delivery, on-call, blanket purchase order design and construction services for our public and private sector clients.  The most recent client utilizing this type of services is Veterans Administration VISN 15.  Religious Complex for Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship:  Davidson & Associates, Inc. is providing full service design for an 800 member sanctuary facility, commons & administration facility as well as a youth sanctuary and education facility for this nation wide faith based organization. FAA Denver International Airport ATCT and Base Building Renovation :  Teaming with the FAA; Davidson & Associates, Inc. has just completed the design of the renovation of critical building mechanical and electrical systems serving the air traffic control tower and FAA's airside base building at DIA.
